Ich begleite dich dabei, dein eigenes Erleben zu verstehen, Grenzen und Bedürfnisse klarer zu spüren und Körperautonomie und sexuelle Selbstbestimmung zu stärken. Gemeinsam erkunden wir, wie Fühlen ein sicheres zu Hause sein kann.

Educación sexual somática y Somatic Experiencing® para personas que desean comprender y redefinir su relación con el cuerpo y la sexualidad —desde una perspectiva informada sobre el trauma, crítica con la discriminación y centrada en el cuerpo—.
Te acompaño en el proceso de comprender tu propia experiencia, sentir con mayor claridad tus límites y necesidades, y fortalecer tu autonomía corporal y tu autodeterminación sexual. Juntos exploramos cómo los sentimientos pueden ser un hogar seguro.
Las personas BIPoC, LGBTQIA2S+, neurodivergentes y con discapacidad son especialmente bienvenidas.
