Behandlungsschwerpunkte & Erfahrungen:
I specialize in attachment-based therapy, trauma-informed counseling, and evidence-based treatment for anxiety, trauma, and depression. My work integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) to support individuals and couples in creating meaningful, lasting change.
Using CBT, I help clients identify and shift unhelpful thought patterns, manage stress, improve emotional regulation, and develop practical coping strategies for anxiety, depression, and life transitions.
Through EFT (Emotionally Focused Therapy), I support couples in strengthening emotional bonds, improving communication, and breaking negative relationship cycles—especially in intercultural and international relationships.
I also specialize in:
-
Attachment wounds and relationship patterns
-
Trauma and complex trauma (C-PTSD)
-
Anxiety disorders and chronic stress
-
Depression and mood concerns
-
Cross-cultural living and expat adjustment
-
Intercultural and bi-cultural couples therapy
My approach combines attachment-focused, trauma-sensitive, and CBT-based interventions to promote resilience, emotional balance, and secure, connected relationships across cultures.
